Today we said goodbye to our Tuscan hideaway in Radicondoli. I have to say it is the best seven days we have spent together in a long time – relaxing, beautiful, different, invigorating – all those things and more. We have learned a lot from the people of Radicondoli – seeing the importance of family, social interaction, community, and mostly the importance of accepting different nationalities as they are, no questions asked.

Below is another view of our lovely farmhouse villa – the stone is typical of many of the houses we saw.


One of the most humbling experiences for me in Radiocondoli, was entering the tiny church on the way to the parking area – it was truly amazing… the colour, the artwork, in such a tiny place…. see for yourself..
